Our Strategic Plan is the result of a robust consultation and collaborative process with our key stakeholders. These stakeholders include but are not limited to: Learners, Whānau, Iwi, Board of Trustees and Staff. 

The Strategic Plan sets our direction for the next three years, taking into account all of the feedback collected through the process above.
